Profit Through Change currently assists with a client's day-to-day procurement, sourcing and supply functions. This has shown savings in both costs and time, improved delivery, and reduced the hassle factor of knowing where to look and how to get hold of the product.
Negotiations are also ongoing to eventually outsource the whole process to Profit Through Change.
