Facility Management
The project included the day to day management of a £400K per annum facilities management contract which included managing the activities of a number of contractors and sub-contractors, monitoring performance, tracking service levels, and financial control. It also involved a bonus and penalty scheme to reward or penalise the contractors for their performance, and involved ensuring that customer interaction and contractual service levels were preserved at all times. |
